3.1 For Job Seekers
You may use our Services to search for job openings, create a profile, and apply for jobs. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You understand that BlueBitSoft does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers.
3.2 For Employers
You may use our Services to post job openings, search for candidates, and manage applications. You agree that all job postings are for legitimate, existing job opportunities and comply with all applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity laws.
You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions. BlueBitSoft does not endorse any candidate.
4 Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant BlueBitSoft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Posting any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

BlueBitSoft does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
